At Glow’sskin, we strive to deliver your skincare products quickly, safely, and reliably throughout Bangladesh. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle orders, delivery times, shipping charges, and related matters.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Bangladesh, including major cities and remote areas, using trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

• Dhaka City: 1–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

• Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier service delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: BDT 60

• Free Delivery: For orders above BDT 3000

Shipping fees (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS or email. You can use it to check delivery status on the courier’s website or by contacting our support.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

• If delivery fails, your package will be returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule or cancel the order.

7. Delays or Issues

Glow’sskin is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier company disruptions

• Natural disasters or public holidays

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
