1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

• You received a wrong product.

• The item was damaged during delivery.

• You received an expired or defective product.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, expired, or incorrect.

2. Timeframe for Request

All return or refund requests must be made within:

• 24 hours of receiving your order

• Proof (photos or video) must be sent via email or WhatsApp during this period

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please contact us with the following details:

• Order ID

• Product name and issue (damaged, incorrect, etc.)

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

4. Approval & Processing

• Once we receive your claim, we will verify and approve it within 2 business days.

• If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or ask you to return the item to our office.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We will not accept refund/return claims if:

• The product has been used or opened

• The complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery

• The item was purchased on final sale or discounted clearance (unless damaged or incorrect)

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

• Once shipped, you must follow the return process outlined above.
