Dhaka City: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
Delivery time may vary slightly during public holidays or nationwide courier delays.
4. What are the delivery charges?
Standard Delivery: BDT 60
Free Delivery: For orders over BDT 3000
5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns are only accepted if:
The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect
You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
We cannot accept returns of used or opened items due to hygiene reasons.
